I dont understand something. Why would either of the girls have thought anything other then if they get POV that the other girl leaves? I just dont get all the talk and spying crap when everyone knows the boys are together. So duh...who does it leave left? And why did erika look surprised when she was picked?
Is erika acting? She can't be in that much denial. Maybe the smoke got to her head? And the speech by mike was totally nuts. If she doesn't know by now she's being played.....Mike's speech was just so darn forced
also, why do they (not that it matters now), show us the order of they keys laying there so there' s no suspense who gets nominated?
1 thumb up to Will for making this far?
Mikes comment that both girls think they want the other out is also crazy. BB must feed them lines to say in the diary room. There IS no other choice.

Even though I have never been a fan of her, I feel very sorry and sad for Erika. Regardless of how the show turns out, she is being set up for a VERY horrific reality of how badly she was used by Boogie (and Will). At this point, I have nothing but contempt for Boogie.
My problem is that I AM fan of Will, but his active encouragement of Boogie is just as bad.
What was a very interesting and enjoyable season has quickly turned in to a train wreck waiting to happen.

Will is setting up Mike just like everyone else. If he can make it to the F2, he can say, that as the best player, he set up everyone to leave. If he and Mike make it, no one will vote for Mike as he was as much a player as Will, but he was meaner about it. At least Will did it with a smile on his face as he stabbed everyone.
Whoever wins POV should take out Will. If Will makes it to the F2 he will win. If he doesn't, I hope Janelle wins. She was this years James as far as POV and HOH.

If these 2 girls are actually stupid enough to believe that either member of CT would take them to the final two over the other member of CT, then Will loses all his credit for being a great manipulator. Its starting to look like the reason he can manipulate these people is because they are the stupidest people ever. C'mon Erika and Janelle, wake up!!! You know CT are friends outside the house, you know (or you should know) they are taking each other to the final two. We have 3 days left to see if these girls are stupid...if one of them wins the veto Tuesday, then Thursday is that person's chance to vote out Will. Janelle should definitely vote out Will because he is the only one who could beat her in the final two.
If CT wins the veto it will go unused. If that happens, who do you think Will is going to vote out? He's more aligned with Janelle, but she is the biggest threat.

Here's how I think Janelle and Erika (if they're smart) are looking at things at the moment...
4 people left, and the last HOH contest is almost guaranteed to be an endurance challenge. Of the 4 people in the house, the 2 people most favored to win such a contest are Erika and Janelle. So, if that is true, and I personally think it is, if Erika or Janelle wins POV (and therefore gets to vote on who goes home), would you send home the remaining girl, who is more likely to beat you in the last HOH contest, or send home one of CT, who is less likely to beat you in the HOH endurance contest? Because if you win the next HOH, it doesn't matter what Chill Town would or wouldn't do - you're in the final two.

Interesting. I think that many would pick Will to win again instead of Mike. But you bring up an interesting point in that if Will made the finals in any way then he almost has to win. At first I was on board with that statement, give that the sheer amount of anti-past-winner gravity he had to overcome is impressive. Then again, some folks also gave him a free pass, expecting that he would never win given his past.
I think his only major competition in the finals would be Janelle. Like her or dislike her, you can make a strong case for her earning a win. Mike (if paired with Will) and Erika would have a weaker shot.
Then again, I don't think much of this strategizing will come into play. I think Mike and Will had a deal to split the winnings, one way or another, before setting foot in the house. BB Rules or not, they can always split the money via one of the five restaurants they both share investments in.

Remember, that only part of the HOH will probably be endurance. The last few seasons have been a THREE part HOH competition.
1 - All three compete in an endurance competition. One winner moves on to part 3
2 - The two losers of part 1 compete (I can't remember the exact type of competition)
3 - The winners of Parts 1 and 2 compete in a LIVE trivia competition with an immediate vote to evict one of the other two houseguests.
I would think that Erika probably has an advantage over any of the other three in Part 1, but Janelle would be hard to beat in Part 3 (she just has to get there!)
I gut feeling is that for either Erika or Janelle to have a chance, one of them has to be the one to evict Wil, either this time (via POV) or next time (via HOH).

I agree. As obvious as it is that CT will stick together, I think both girls have resolved that they will need to win it for themselves and take a "beatable" CT member with them instead of the other girl.

I believe there must be some language in the contracts that stipulate that the prize can not be shared. We do know that any talk of sharing the money is forbidden within the house.
I'm not saying it doesn't happen. I'm saying that in CT's case, it's even easier to move funds from one guy to the other and not risk violating any possible contract agreements.

Just that lawyers are so sneaky and such, they might just have a way. "Congrats, you just won Big Brother. In order for you to collect your $500,000, just sign these forms."
Like with pro ballplayers not allowed to ride motorcycles. It's in their contract, but they still do it. If caught, they get busted.

Yeah, and in front of a television audience too. And by a wannabe with the looks of Mike Booger....it makes her look so pathetic....she deserves better.
I was cringing when she was in the DR talking about their relationship, she's so naive. Emotionally she's gonna be crushed when she sees that he's playing her.

What I do not understand, is why does CT (and by that I mean Wil) wants to bring Jenny over Erica into top 3?
It seems to me that it greatly reduces their chances of having two members of CT in the top 2. And Jenny is the only person who can possibly beat Will in the two two. I would have thought that Wil would be the one who wanted to get rid of Jenny and do it NOW...
He's SUCH an a__hole.

Janelle would probably be a better competitor in the final three, but I suppose she also has more enemies. Maybe they're also thinking that turning on her now would spin her into Total Hatred mode and spoil the jury pool, while potentially dropping her in the final three would be viewed as fair game by Janelle. I'd have to look at the jury list again and see if the jury members that love Janelle balance out with those who hate her.
On the gameplay side, Erika has angered fewer people, but she's also played a much weaker "game" when compared to Janelle's competition wins. It's probably smarter to keep Erika from that angle.
Maybe Will is slightly concerned about the relationship angle, since Will and Erika are certainly "closer" than Will and Janelle would ever be. Booting Erika now probably makes Mike lose a vote too - not that I think Will and Mike are in that mindset just yet. Plus, if Janelle had to take a CT member to the Finals, why wouldn't she choose Will? That's a plus for Will.
This POV is going to be HUGE. I'm looking forward to it.

didn't julie mention there was going to be an eviction Tuesday?
IF jani wins the PoV she should take out erica.
then if it is a endurance she has an advantage over will since he has a broken thumb, although he will try, the pain will suck and he may think he is good with either boogie or jani winning. IF jani wins and she kicked out will and took boogie who she doesn't like anyway she really proves she was the best player.
the vote goes 5-2 in that scenerio
marci votes jani even though jani put him up it was CT that backstabbed him

Howie would vote for Janelle. Danielle said she'll vote for the best player so she's might vote for Janelle. George refused to nominate Janelle because he thinks she's the best player so he could vote for her. James and Marcellus I'm not sure about, but both of them were voted out because of CT. If Erika ends up on the jury as a result of a CT betrayal she would probably vote for Janelle.

I think if Janelle makes it to the finals, she'll win.
Howie, Marcellus, Chicken George, and James would voted for her and then it dependss on who the other choice is for Danielle and the rest.
I felt so bad for--she seems to actually believe that Boogie likes her. He's so far past any line . . . What a jerk. Not that it's news, but I was surprised at how horrible he was when talking about her in the diary room or otherwise alone on camera. I hope she goes next just so she's away from him and all his evil toxicity.
and I loved the bromance! that was really funny.
I really hope Will doesn't leave--the show would be so boring with just Boogie and the two girls. Especially if we have to watch boogie lead erika on for another two weeks. I don't know if I can watch that.

Well you can do lots of things with a contract. Whether or not a court would uphold their ability to recover damages and penalties for them breaking the contract is a big unknown. I would suspect it would be hard to do, and would likely never happen.
I am pretty sure the stated contractual penalties for doing such things are substantial. Just because money changed hands does not mean the contract is expired.
They also have to do appearances and such and can not talk to other sources without CBS approval for a period of time. If the contract is broken, then CBS could potentially take them to court.

Well it's a great test of any friendship / business partnership if one of the parties is given the whole encilada ($500,000) - will they actually split the money or conveniently forget and keep it all for themselves.
My experience is in most cases the individual will keep all the money for themselves.

cbs has a few reasons not to have the money split being discussed.
#1 it goes against the spirit of the game and cbs advertising one winner gets the $500K
if houseguests are using it as part of their game strategy are they lying or telling the truth or making verbal contracts?? cbs doesn't want to be brought into court about he said/she said etc
had any of you heard the producers telling houseguest they coulnd't sing?? especially will since he does it on purpose like alot of other things to piss cbs/bb off, something about them not owning the rights to songs on air, geezzz

I really don't think that James would vote for Janelle to win over Will. He may have been sent out by CT, but he still has respect for them. Janelle didn't do anything directly to him and he has made his disdain for her very clear. I seriously doubt he'd give her a vote.
Not sure about Marci either. He made it pretty clear that he didn't like J any more and depending on who's in the finals with her (if she makes it...please, please, please), he may not give her his vote.
