This special aired on CBS Saturday night. I only caught the last couple minutes of it and it looked kind of interesting. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it's airing again. Anyone have it?

I just deleted it, but I did watch it, and I thought it was pretty entertaining. Would have been nice if they did not burn it on a Saturday night before the Fall Season is about to begin...

I suspect this might be one hard to find on torrents as well. Anyways, I thought it was really well put-together and some segments of it were really good.

hey Grant33....

Any luck getting a copy of the A Day in the Life of Television on CBS? I would like a copy if you get ahold of it. I am a mass media teacher and this type of programming is excellent for using in class.

No luck at all unfortunately. I set an auto record wishlist in case it gets aired again somewhere.

I have it on my TiVo and can transfer it to dvd if you send me a blank DVD-R (must be this format) and a self-addressed, stamped mailer to send it back to you.

Click on my name and send me a private email if you want it. I won't delete it before Sunday 9/10/06.

Hi...I am hoping that you still have this program TIVOed. I am a Media Specialist also and wished I had taped this program for my TV production class. I emailed the Musuem of Radio and Television but have received no response. I would be so grateful if I could mail you a DVD-R for a copy.

Quite a few of you sent requests for me to copy this program to DVD. I sent back my mailing address for you to use in order to send a blank disc and a self-addressed stamped mailer.

Three of you sent discs and mailers, and I have sent the program back to you.

However, I did not hear back from at least 4 of you. (No need to mention names here; you did nothing wrong.) I have sent you personal messages saying that I will delete the program if I don't hear from you. Three of you haven't read the message.

This posting is just to say that I plan to delete the program this afternoon.
