Dual tuner picking analog below 100

I just got a dual tuner TiVo today and for any channel below 100, it automatically switches to the analog tuner. Several of my channels require the use of the digital cable box for sub 100 channels. How do I set the TiVo to use the digital box for those channels?

I believe you have two lists of channels on the channels I receive list. deselect the channels below 100 that require the box from the appropriate list and make sure those channels are selected on the list of cable box channels.
