I've been getting error messages from TiVo Desktop about "Access violation at address 7C918FEA in module 'ntdll.dll'. Write of address 00000010.", when I start Firefox or Internet Explorer. When I click OK in the error box, I get another message from TiVo Desktop 'Canvas does not allow drawing'. It started when I went from version 2.3 to 2.3a, and don't do it for a while (a day or so) after rebooting, but once it starts happens every time I start Firefox or IE. I've reinstalled 2.3a, and tried going back to 2.3, even deleting all the files in the 'Program Files/TiVo'. When TiVo is removed the problem stops happening, just when TiVo Desktop is installed, with or without the server running.

Has anyone else see this, or have any ideas on it? I tried pretty much everything I can think of testing.

I'm getting this error too, "Out of Memory" and then the Canvas draw message. It's rather disheartening that no one has replied to this message.

Same thing here. Same situation, same address, same errors

Some quick Google searching shows that this is a generic Borland Delphi application crash.

What version of Windows are you using, XP?
