Replacement parts

Hello everyone, I need a little help here. We just recently had a fire in our home and now I find myself in need of a new remote control and a users manual for my Toshibe RS-TX20 Tivo DVD recorder. If anyone out there knows of any place where I might obtain these items I would be oh so greatful. Thanks so much for your time.

Weaknees.com has many TiVo parts, but I don't know about manuals. You may be able to find them on the Toshiba web site.
