Hughes HDVR2 Pixelation

I have pixelation issues for the last couple of weeks on only certain channels on my Hughes HDVR2.

Seems to happen most on Outdoor channel and SCIFI channel. Will occasionally crop up on Discovery also.

I have a dual lnb round dish.

Have tried a reboot with no success.

I have checked sattellite signal strength and with the exception of: 4 (No Signal), 12 (no signal), 20 (no signal), 26 (0-38) all are in the 85-100 range.

Looking at the transponder list those appear to be mostly local spot beams from what I can tell.

Any ideas? No multiswitch involved...

I am experiencing the same set of symptoms on an HDVR2.
Thought it was a hard drive issue but I put in a new Hard Drive and that didn't fix the problem. (the plus side since it was flaky it gave me the opportunity to upgrade the drive and go through the process of making some mods, so if I get a new DVR I will now be much more likely to attempt upgrades, etc.)

I looked over a few other threads listed above.. looks like no one has actually come up with a fix though, correct?
