JacksTiVo

I was always able to view my PC photos on my 540 Series 2 using my wireless network until this morning. My TiVo is connected to my network and can access both music and all photo file folders on my PC as well as the Internet applications such as Yahoo weather. It can connect to the TiVo service. So I do not have a network problem.
As noted above I can view the file folders in "My Photos on my PC" and can see all of the file folders that I listed for access in TiVo Desktop 2.3. When I select a photo file to view the photographs (all jpeg) a "please wait" message comes up and after a long wait another message comes up indicating that the Tivo can not access the server.
I have rebooted my TiVo, my PC and router and even reduced the quantity of the photos in the file I was attempting to view. TiVo Server is working fine and can access the shows on my Now Playing List.
I don't recall if I have attempted to access my photos since TiVo Desktop 2.3 was downloaded to my PC about July 3.
Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated in resolving my problem.

Additional information. I downloaded and installed Desktop 2.3a. Still not working properly. However, I previously failed to note that the photo file I was attempting to access is very large and stored on a Network Attached Storage (NAS) drive which has slower access than the hard drive in my PC. When I moved the large photo file to the PC desktop. I was able to view it on my TiVo.
It appears that the TiVo times out if the file is very large and takes too long to load and thus I get the Server not available message I have been seeing.
