just like it sez in the title. After this latest software update, my 810H resets at 1040pm every day. At that exact same time.

Anybody else have this problem? Any fixes? trying customer support now but I have a feeling I'm going to have to wait for Pioneer to open since the automated guy asked if it was another manufacturer. We'll see.

That's weird - my main box is an 810H and it definitely is not doing that.

I think you might want to try a clear and delete everything... I'm guessing you have a failing hard drive though.

hmm. why would a failing hard drive cause that. and exactly at the same time everyday? I'd figure that I'd get resets randomly then.

Something particular happening at that time may be hitting a bad spot on the hard drive. For example, a guide update or content download.

Did the software update apply successfully, or does your status continue to show pending restart? If it shows pending, it means the software is failing to install during the reboot and it keeps trying. This is almost certainly a hard drive failure. If it is not pending restart, there remains a chance something just got bolixed and a clear and delete will cure it.
