I came home this afternoon to find my Toshiba Tivo DVD's harddrive almost empty. It only had 3 of the MANY things I had stored on it left. Even the recently deleted file was empty. Because its a TiVo unit, I have Tivo on speeddial. After giving me the usual... "We are working hard on the Mac TiVo to Go software, ... We are sorry, have you done something you shouldn't have...did you try resetting your unit and all of your 52 season passes..." etc. ... and I gave them the usual...." look at my file...you have been telling me it will be out in a few months for over 3 years...I've been with TiVo longer than your country has had running water....Did you know you lost your fake texas accent about 3 minutes into our conversation...(that one was new this time,,,apparently they are now teaching regional accents to the phone help)...no...I have not had a power outage...no....space ships flew over my house last night... They actually tried..once again, to tell me I was the only person on earth having this problem...and yes...I was also the only person on earth that has noticed a slow down with the new "update". Does anyone know of a way to "DOWNgrade" my service to an earlier version...one that actually worked...one from back in the day when I liked TiVo and had any respect for them?
