Software to burn shows to DVD?

What is the best program available to burn shows to DVD that we just TiVo'd? A program that has a feature to easily chop the commercials out. Thanks! :)

VideoReDo is the best for editing commercials.

I prefer Nero Vision Express for authoring my DVDs, but DVDStyler is a free alternative that works ok (and much faster).
