TiVo with Surewest/Amino Box

I need some help. I am trying to setup up my TiVo Series 2 DT box to my Surewest Digital Cable with an Amino box. There are no AV outputs on either the router or the cable box, and the TiVo box has only on coaxial input. What am I doing wrong?

Please help if you can.
