Bigger Drive/Lower Picture Quality?

So, this past weekend I upgraded my Series 2's 80GB drive to a 7200RPM WD320

Everything seem spiffy. Temp's good (~42C), ~363hrs recording time, and it's not making much more noise than before (though, I did keep the 127MB swap)

BUT

Things look fuzzier, not as sharp as before.

Anything I did wrong? Can I tweak something?

Advice or pointers to advice welcome!

There should be no difference on picture quality due to the size of the drive. However, with a larger drive you can get away with recording at a better quality.
