No Audio

I recently got back from vacation to find that I have no audio when I watch a channel which goes through my Tivo. Picture is the same with no sound. I don't know what happened. My TV picture goes from digital cable box to Tivo to TV. Help.

Try resetting the cable box and TiVo.

I've reset Tivo and Cable and appears to be Tivo. I have channels A and B on TV and when I Switch my normal A non Tivo station to Tivo it's sound does not work. This is the second problem with a Tivo. My other went all the way to the green screen fix but to no avail. After spending all day on this Tivo still will not give me replacement. They still want me to keep trying. I have four Tivo's and I'm giving up two and switching to DVR by my cable provider Service Electric. Tivo's tech-support has gone downhill as the boxes also. Anyway thanks for the help.
