Best settings to encode AVI's for Tivo playback?

Hello!

I used to have an article saved somewhere that told me exactly what settings to use when i was editing AVI's for playback in tivo.

I believe it was MPEG-2 for video and audio?

Someone please correct me if i am wrong. I am using Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0
