I live in the SF Bay Area and am not able to get a DNS waiver for FOX even though I am in an area that is unable to get FOX OTA. Does anyone know of a location that I could "move" to that would allow for SF Bay Area locals and the HD LA DNS feeds?

If you can see the Sutro Tower, you'll be able to get FOX. KTVU has the most radiated power comming off the tower. I am in a shadow of the tower and get KTVU fine, I do not get KGO the lowest radiated power of the big 4.

I live in San Ramon and the hills block the Sutro signal and we are way too far from Sacramento to get that OTA. I think your (aka our) only options are to either move far far away from the local Fox market boundary (wherever that is) or move to an area that has a clear view of Sutro for OTA.

I think KTVU and any other station who preempts network programming with their own local programming such as baseball should lose their exclusivity rights.
I know they move it to a sister station but I say that doesnt count.

I wasn't talking about actually moving. I was talking about doing a "virtual move" (changing my billing address with DirecTV to a "white area") that would allow for me to receive all the DNS channels. I am lookikng for a "white area" that would also provide access to Bay Area locals.
