So, I did my due diligence and read through the posts before looking totally foolish and asking a stupid question...

I've been following these instructions:

4) Output it to an ISO image.
5) Burn the ISO image using DVDDecrypter.

The only peice of software that costs any money is VideoReDo, and it's only $50 and well worth the price. Everything else is freeware.

Got as far as step 4: output it to an ISO image.

I'll admit to being a complete idiot...I don't know what an ISO image is but I CAN follow directions pretty well. I can't figure this out though. DVDStyler only gives me one file type to "save as" - .xml

I've downloaded DVDDecrypter and am looking forward to burning my first downloaded and edited Tivo file. Can someone tell me how to get past this hurtle?

Thanks in advance.

Don't choose File->save as, choose File->Burn DVD instead.

I would also recommend not using DVDDecrypter, but instead try ImgBurn (http://www.imgburn.com) . Much simpler to figure out.
