Hi All,

Just looked at my Tivo and it would appear that my account has been stopped for no good reason. The bank account is healthy and there have been no problems in the last 2 years.

I have tried calling Customer Services (they are supposed to start at 8.30am on Saturdays) but the phone just rings off the hook.

Anyone else experienceing this? I do hope it's not the beginning of the end for Tivo support..

Ok forget that bit of a panic.

Someone finally answered the phone and told me he was bewildered as to why my account was stopped. He said it was totally up to date with no outstanding payments to be made. Was going to speak with the guy who stopped it to see why.

In the meantime they did reactivate the account, but said it would be between 24 to 48 hours before it came back online...

Hopefully this is a one off and no-one else will get this treatment.
