Hi All,
Just looked at my Tivo and it would appear that my account has been stopped for no good reason. The bank account is healthy and there have been no problems in the last 2 years.
I have tried calling Customer Services (they are supposed to start at 8.30am on Saturdays) but the phone just rings off the hook.
Anyone else experienceing this? I do hope it's not the beginning of the end for Tivo support..
