HR10 giving black and white picture

Just today my hr10 is giving a b&w picture intermittently on all channels, I have had this receiver for about 3 weeks and it is connected via hdmi. can someone help to explain if there is a problem. thanks

Some things to try ....
* Try a different HDMI cable.
* Try using the HR10-250's component, SVideo or composite video outputs to see if the problem exists there.

thanks, unplugged the receiver and restarted it, the problem seems to have gone away, just wanted to see if anyone else has ever had this problem and if some what to do. thanks again, if it happens again I will try the component input.
