drive changes: S2DT vs GXCEBOT

Is the process the same, still using mfstools? I use Suse (linux) and needed to replace our (4) GXCEBOT drives several times over the past few years,usually with larger drives; just running mfstools backup and restore.

Is there anything different with the newer Series 2 Dual Tuner that I need to know or is is just the same process using mfstools?

The process is basically the same. It is recommended that you use either the weaknees or ptvupgrade LBA48 boot disk. They are available free from the above vendor web sites. This will allow you to create drives larger than 137GB. A single drive upgrade is recommended as very large drives are easily available.
