Vizio 42" LCD at Costco for 1,299.99...Good deal?

Regular warehouse price is 1,599.99, but when I walked in they gave me a coupon for $300 off. May be just the deal I need to jump to HD. Anyone have experience with Visio LCDs? Are they good products?

Sams Club recently had the 32" version on sale for around $500. I believe Costco has the 37" version on sale for $999.
