is Doctor Who any good? I saw the pilot and then forgot to set my SP...is it worth the effort to try to catch up on season 1?

This is good news. I love the new Doctor Who series. It has a very different feel from BSG, but I think the more lighthearted Who will pair off well with the darker BSG.

It helps. About half the first season were multi part. Some not even consecutively aired.

There are a few two part episodes. And, there are continuing character developments.

BTW, I won't be setting an SP because I've seen Season 2. :)

well, I went to the scifi.com site to see when they will re-air the shows from the beginning...

first, the site doesn't list the show on their main list...I had to go to "list all shows" to see it...second, when I click on its link...I get a blank page!

hmmm...if they go to all this trouble to hide it, it must be good! ;)

What is slightly annoying is that they are apparently holding back "The Christmas Invasion" (last year's Christmas special) until the holidays. I was kind of hoping they'd actually air "TCI" first, and give us "Runaway Bride" at the end of the run over the holidays.

I saw Season 1 prior to SciFi showing it... but I still SP'd it. Just in case, those numbers got reported back.

Haven't seen S2 yet - but I will and also SP it.
