I already got my tivo set for the August 25 for the new Cheetah Girls 2. Do you guys? The first movie and soundtrack did really good. MY coworker at Universal told me that the first movie was actually the #2 soundtrack for 2004! Thats amazing! So what do you guys think?

My 9yr old is psyched about it and can't wait for it to air. I already have a request to record it, but haven't yet.

Is this even possible, considering the 25th is longer than 14 days from now?

Maybe with an autorecording wishlist.

Either way, it's cool to see that it's coming up...I would have missed it and my kids will probably want to see it. Of course, between now and when it actually is able to be set up to record, I'll probably forget about it anyway, lol.

Oh. This must totally not be the type of movie it sounded like.

I thought this was a reality show about the Cheatah III in Atlanta.

If this was about Cheetos, I'd probably watch it. I love Cheetos.

Not sure which songs they sing, but it's led by Raven (Disney channel). Here's their site (yeah, I looked it up out of curiousity, but that can only take one so far, lol.)

Do Cheetah Girls grow up to be Pussycat Dolls?

Can't you set a manual, time and channel specific recording up as far as in advance as you want to?

Yeah, if you're really really bored. :p

I wonder if someone has a copyright violation somewhere!

I'm suprised Raven is still involved with the Cheetah girls. I figured she'd be strong enough to stand on her own, since she's done her own stuff.

There must be somewhere...I'd think Disney wouldn't want to endorse the same name as these clubs, so it seems kinda strange that there isn't some kind of controversy going on.

Yeah, I don't know what Raven's deal is. I've heard her on her own and don't think she's entirely "Cheetah Girls". Actually, until this thread popped up, I thought Cheetah Girls band was only for the movie, but the site sounds like they really capitalized on it.

Regarding the club...if it's just some wayward club somewhere that isn't a chain, I can't see Disney raising a stink...chances are the club was there before Raven was even born!

As for Raven herself, I thought I saw a video of the Cheetah girls WITHOUT her in it; that's why I made the comment I made.

Disclaimer: I only noticed it because my kid watches Disney :)

I'm pretty sure the Cheetah III in Atlanta is at least 20 years old.
