I was wondering if you don't get NFLST and wanted to buy/order an indivdual game one week is that possible? If so can you get it in HD?

It is not possible to buy single games.

You can buy individual weeks of Sunday Ticket. Last year it was $39.99 for one week. Also, last year there was no way to get Superfan for one week only, so no HD for the single week. Don't know if that will change this year. I wouldn't think so.
