HDMI-Component Question

I'm sure this has been posted before with an answer but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I just got the hr 10-250 today. The installer did not speak very good english so he really couldnt help with an answer. I have the hdmi-dvi connected from the receiver to the tv. Should I also connect the component cables from the receiver to the tv or is the hdmi-dvi cable enough.

maybe in theory but not always in reality.

to the OP: calibrate your displays inputs and see which looks better to you then leave that 1 connection connected.
