I've have a tivo series 2 dt for about 4 months now and have noticed a couple of strange things and was wondering if anyone has the same trouble or has any advice about them
1)my tivo powers down randomly at times. that is it turns off completely then powers back up on its own. All I see is that the screen goes black, all the lights go off on the tivo then the powerup screen comes back on and it starts itself up again. I dont mind it that much because it has only happened when I was in the tivo central area but Im worried it might be a glitch that will become more noticable when the tivo gets older.
2) Im not sure what you would call it but the channel tivo uses as the default recording channel has a much higher volume than the other channel does and I have to turn it down when I switch to it. any hints on how to get the volume to match the other channels?
