I got a MOPS deal Tivo, and set it up yesterday. The units were pre-activated. Today I went to Tivo.com and the unit does not appear on my account. Anyone know why?

No it should be there.
Mine was on my account before it even arrived at my house.

The only thing I can thing of is that maybe there were some details that weren't the same as your prexisting account, maybe that's what's going on?

I'd call customer service and ask them.

My guess would be that email address you gave when you ordered this Tivo is different than the one associated with your tivo.com account.
