USE TIVO to host files

Hi guys, is there anyway that i can put a username and password on tivo's ftp? or maybe host files that can be accessed via a web browser. Ie hosting webpages?

Placing security on the FTP daemon would require a rewrite as none of the existing daemons support it. I remember having a look at it in the past but never did get around to it. It is possible to setup authentication on TivoWeb/Plus, and the latest versions (http://Thomson.Tivo.googlepages.com/TivoWebPlus) do have the ability to serve limited files (for example there is a Gallery module to share images).
