Verizon FIOS has just obtained a cable franchise for my area and it greatly interests me. I currently have D* w/ 2 D*Tivos. The question I have is there a way to turn these D* Tivos into standalone models for use w/ the Verizon Fios cable? If this is in the incorrect forum or this type of discussion is illegal I apologize and please request the post be deleted. Any help is appreciated.
