I have a Hughes DTV Tivo and the HD10-250 and I can not figure this out.

The HD DTivo doesn't (yet) have the software for folders, but rumor says it is on its way... see this thread: http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb/showthread.php?t=306758. Read the whole topic and you will have to make up your own mind as to when it will be arriving to your HD DTivo.
