Tivo to PC over SSH via Internet (for Today's TDF!)

Hi All,

I have a Linux box on my home network that I leave on all the time.
I can ssh via that from the public Internet.

With ssh I can port forward from my local windows laptop, so I look
like I am on the local network.

I would _love_ to be able to download today's stage tour de france
(go Floyd!!) onto my laptops tivo desktop, since the hotel does not get Oln.

Anyone know what ports I would need to forward to get this successfully ???
