Got home last night to see Tivo display a green screen with the message error has occurred. It then states the Tivo should be left plugged in for 24hrs and connected to a phone line whilst it tries to repair itself. Don't power off the Tivo and if after 24hrs the box is not recovered then to contact customer services. yesterday the tivo was continually reboot and displaying the above. I've come home today to see the message is still displayed but it is not rebooting. I phoned customer services but no answer.
I'm wondering it this could be due to the unusually hot weather in the UK and that if I powerwed the box off for a while it might cool down and work again.
Anyone got any better ideas??
