incorrect channel info?

I've had this happen on both my 10-250s.......when turning the unit on the current channel info will be incorrect. It has info about the currently viewed programming that doesn't match the actual broadcast. This has only happened from time to time, with at least one instance of the box broadcasting the last show we viewed before it was booted down.

Any ideas?

when turning the unit on the current channel info will be incorrect.You should not be turning the HR10-250 off. The only way to do this is too pull the power from the back of the unit. Are you talking about coming out of standby?

Mine has done the same thing twice in the past two weeks. A restart solved the issue each time.

I never put mine in stand-by.

All the channels were off by one. Example: If I tuned to TBS, it would show as being on TBS, but I would be watching an adjacent channel.
