The SciFi channel has season ten of SG-1 and three of Atlantis this Friday, July 14, and next Tuesday, July 18, the series premiere of Eureka.
Are the Wraith going to attack Earth? Are the Ori going to attack Earth? Can we get the Wraith to attack the Ori and have them both leave the Earth alone? Maybe Isabelle isn't supposed to destroy the 4400, but the Wraith and the Ori. :D

That kind of multiversal cross-contamination would only end up destroying Vancouver, B.C.

Sci Fi has a great Eureka site up called 'Made in Eureka (http://www.scifi.com/eureka/madeineureka/)', made to look like a Home Shopping Network style channel for futuristic goods made in 'America's Smartest Town'.
SciFi's Pulse (http://www.scifi.com/pulse/) is also set to debut the first episodes of 2 shows starting July 27th, Amazing Screw-On Head and British 'cult favorite medical drama' (according to Cynopsis) Darkplace.

I set up Eurika to record last weekend. The previews looked pretty good. Can't wait to see how it is.

I love the Stargate shows and can't wait for Friday to come...thanks for the heads-up about Eureka...I keep meaning to set-up an SP and forgetting...
too bad they decided to air BSG at a different time than the Stargate shows...but in a way, this is good, it stretches things out so there are more "must see" friday nights!

FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY!!!
i'd forgotten they resumed this week. i'm all excited now. :)
carter was left floating in space when the fleet was attacked by the ori, wasn't she? valla's captive and pregnant with an ori-baby on an ori ship...
anything else of note to revive my flagging memory?
i've completely forgotten where atlantis was left.
there's also a short series starting on abc family i think in august called 'fallen'. apparently it's about a human/angel half-breed who 'has a larger destiny'. probably will suck.

Fallen (http://abcfamily.go.com/fallen/index.html) airs July 23rd as a 2 hour movie, with plans (http://blogs.mercurynews.com/aei/2006/07/the_tour_fallen.html) for 4 hour more of content next year.

It looks interesting. I flagged it to record. I thought it was on abc family, though?
When's BSG start up again?
Oh, an' there's a Firefly marathon before the Stargate premieres.

The entire opposing fleet and all the main characters were dead, sans Carter and Vala of course.

Atlantis ended with the Wraith having found the coordinates to Earth and the Asgard hyperdrive technology, so they were heading for Earth, with thanks to McKay and Sheppard for providing the information.
On SG-1, I think the Russians destroyed their interstellar vessel the first time out of the dock. That's gotta hurt. ...and be awfully expensive too.
Tomorrow's the day! (and Monday for Dark Angel, Tuesday for Eureka).

Nah, all the main chars beamed off before the ship exploded.

Dark Angel already started FYI this past Monday.
I noticed that Dead Like Me is listed as coming to SciFi on the 18th. And that they are showing a FireFly marathon on Friday.

Yeah, they're not dead unless we see their shattered bodies floating in space--and even then, it's not necessarily permanent!
(Survival in science fiction depends not upon script-based plausibility, but upon the actor's agent's willingness to be reasonable during negotiations.)

This reminds me of something I heard about on Buffy. Joss wanted to put the kid who dies in the pilot into the opening credit sequence(I forget what they're called). That way everyone would be shocked when he died. But it ended up proving too expensive, so they didn't do it.

Now that I'm in my new house and trying to conserve money, I've been emptying it pretty quickly. But not as fast as it'll soon fill up. :(

Yeah, I know, but it's new to the SciFi channel, and not one of their endless reruns. It wasn't a premiere (which as you say, was last week) but I just thought I'd mention it in case someone missed the first week by mistake and wanted to see the rest.

I can't wait I have always like SG-sg1 I think the last few episodes of last season got better with the new cast. I really like valla can't wait for her to drive daniel nuts. SG-A was a real suprise to me I did not think I would like the show but now I like it better than the oringal stargate.
As much as I will miss not having BSG for the summer I like it better this way now. There will be scifi I will watch year around now. There is not enough scifi on TV the way it is so what little there is can be spread out more.

Agree, spread it out. I really hope the Doctor returns next year or sooner as well.
Eureka has my interest and Stargate McKay better get good this time around.

What's Lightspeed? And should I be dreading Who Wants to be a Superhero and The Amazing Screw-On Head?
Are these new Nightstalker eps or jus' reruns?

Sci Fi has a great Eureka site up called 'Made in Eureka (http://www.scifi.com/eureka/madeineureka/)', made to look like a Home Shopping Network style channel for futuristic goods made in 'America's Smartest Town'.
They've also been running TV infomercial-type ads based on this format. The one I've seen a couple of times has a man and woman on a stage in front of a live audience extolling the virtues of the "CryoKennel." When you go on vacation, simply freeze your pet in the cryokennel and when you come home, just thaw him out. :)
The only weird thing about this commercial is that it never references the SciFi channel or explains what Eureka is. If I weren't familiar with the show, I'd have no idea what that ad was for. I guess they're hoping it will drive people to the www.madeineureka.com website, but there's got to be a significant number of people who will simply be confused and never check that out.

Nightstalker - the reruns, just like Dark Angel.
I know I'm dreading Superhero. It's like american idol, but the winner gets to be a superhero in a comic book. It's a Stan Lee thing.
No idea about the other two you asked about tho. First I saw of them was on that list..
found this quote: SciFi will also air the pilot episode of The Amazing Screw-On Head, which was developed as a series for Scifi, but didn't go past the pilot stage

Amber Benson was never in the opening titles. She was always listed as a special guest star in the titles that were in the show itself. That is, until the very end when she WAS listed as a star during the opening theme song, and in that episode, Joss killed her. He got a lot of flack for it too. I think maybe even a few threats. He had to explain that in the whole course of Buffy, every relationship was punished.
