i have directv R-10 . my problem is: sometime freze and no video, no audio .
i have to restart the tivo ................ why??
every 1 or 2 a week somebody know the problem??

Sounds like you may have a hard drive failing. Depending on where you got the R 10, you can get it replaced. If you got it through DirecTV, they will replace it for you. Just be sure they send you a replacement R10 or another Directivo. The R15 is not a TIVO but Directv's version of TIVO.
If all else fails and the unit is out of warranty, you could always get one off of Ebay.
