Depending on your unit, if you only have 1 audio output on your TiVo all you need is an RCA y-splitter adapter. You wilkl need two of them, one for each audio line (red, white)
You will also need 2 RCA audio cables (red/white)
On the back of your TiVo, plug in the adapter to split the audio ouput from the tivo, then connect one set of RCA Audio cables to the TV, the second set to the Receiver.

That will do the trick.

(I am assuming that your TiVo does not have 2 outputs here, otherwise all you need to do is use the other output)

REMEMBER - When purchasing the splitters, make SURE you are straight on all your connections, Male ends, Female ends, etc.

Also, just as a note, depending on your particular TV, I bet that receiver costs a bit more to run with the amp in it than the TV costs ;)

Hope that helps.
