Can't get program data

I have a Phillips HDR112 Series 1, TurboNet and broken modem. I have telnet, ftp, and Tivoweb setup but no program data. I can make the daily call but it still says none available for program data. Oh and I also get the uou must have valid TiVo Service messages.

What am I doing wrong?

How is it connected to your network. How does your network connect to the internet? Does your DVR pick up a DHCP address?
