View Full Version : Unrecognized Lifetime Subscription problem

TIVO says it can't verify the lifetime subscription that I purchased and have been using seamlessly for the last 18 months. They also state that since the unit has been modified, they can't help me. I have tried going through the initial set up process again, but that didn't work. Any suggestions? This is a Phillips Series I. Thanks.

Ask them why they've been honoring the LIFETIME sub for the last year and a half, and ask THEM to explain what's changed.

Offer a trip to court, if that'll be more convenient for TiVo. :p

You might want to try sending a PM to TivoOpsMgr with your TSN and a description of the problem you are having. He will be able to investigate it internally.

Ask them for the history of that lifetime sub, when it was put on and what caused to be taken off that unit, a replacement TiVo could cause that if someone at TiVo gave to the new TiVo but took it off the incorrect TiVo (yours)
