Unable to burn DVDs from the Hard Drive

For the past week I have been unable to burn DVDs from any program saved to my hard drive. I receive a copyright rejection message regardless of what I attempt to burn to DVD after 6/21/06. Programs saved to the hard drive before 6/21/06 will copy without a problem. Anyone experience this problem?
