Will Tivo be able to upgrade series two, to recieve IPTV?

Depends what you call IPTV.

If your Series 2 Tivo is connected to your home network (e.g. you are using a network connection, rather than a phone), you can already get downloaded video.

The choice is extremely limited at the moment, but it's pretty clear Tivo is headed in the direction of being able to allow subscribers to select video from other sources
