New TiVO no HDD, how to start?

Hi There!

I am new on this, although I have vast experience in PC Management and Satellital Installations. I just purchase a tivo v1 from ebay. It came without a hard drive so I dont have a wat to get an image or make any upgrades. I want to use the tivo ASAP. Can anyone tell me or explain to me how to prepare the hdd for the tivo? Where can I get the images from?

My TiVO is a Philips TVR-100.

The quickest would be to buy a hard drive pre-loaded with the TiVo software on it.
