help connecting to wireless laptop

I am trying to get my tivos to talk with my wireless laptop for tivo to go. My laptop says there are no tivos found... any help would be great

How are they connected --- using a router > wireless or wired?

I am wireless and am running a router. I have two tivos that can see each other and my desktop (desktop is connected to router)

Couple common issues are

1) not allowing transfers via tivowebsite
2) firewall causing problem
3) Needing to open ports on the router
4) using wrong media access key
