I am trying to get Videora Tivo Video Converter to convert a small DIVX clip with little luck. Each time I run the conversion the video is pulled horizontally or vertically.
Resolution: 720x480
Aspect: 4:3
Bitrate: 2048
Two questions:
When viewing the converted file on my PC does this have any direct result of how it could look on my TiVo? I have yet to be able to see a converted video not look scruntched vertically, or horizontally both on my PC and TV.
What are the ideal settings for a video such as mine to display on a standard NTSC 4:3 CRT TV ?
