I recently moved and when I reconnected my TIVO, I was surprised to see that it is no longer outputing video (either through, rca, s-video, or rf). I restarted and it says "please wait," then it goes blue (like there is no signal), then it reappears. however, if I turn off the tivo it goes back to blue and it does the same if I change the progressive video format. Any ideas?

What TiVo do you have? Generally, all TiVos turn off their video outputs when put into STANDBAY. The RF, however, will pass through anything that is connected to the RF input (providing you have that type of TiVo).

It's a Toshiba SD-H400 DVD/Tivo... I guess I should be clearer. The problem is when I power it back up from standby, I no longer have any video... the screen stays blue. Even if I go to the now playing menu or the DVD, I still have no picture. My current fix of never going to standby is fine, I just want to see if anyone knows anything.

Did you flick the I/P switch into the correct (or incorrect perhaps)position?

I believe we've been told the DVD-recorder TiVos don't allow the RF to pass thru when the machine is in standby.
I forget the reasonable explanation for this, however. :p

I/P worked... thanks!
