HD Cable TV and TIVO

I have WOW HD cable and was wondering if TIVO has come out with a unit that will record and control a cable box with HD programming.
I know that there is a DTV unit but I was looking for one made like the standard TIVO boxes only that it will record in HD

No. However they are coming out with a new unit called the Series 3, which is HD and will allow you to get a CableCard from your provider so that the unit can be used without a cable box.
