Problem with sound [Text View]

I moved house a couple of months ago and have just got around to unpacking my Tivo. Connecting it up I have a strange sound issue - none somes through from he Sky box, though I can get the Tivo "bongs". However, going to Aux lets the sound work fine.

I have a vague memory that this happened before + I had to send it off for a little soldering. Any other suggestions?

If not, anyone locally up for it, or suggestions on suitable postal parties?

Try the restart the Tivo option.

Sometimes the sound chip does not initialize correctly and a soft reboot of Tivo often fixes it.
