Galleon 2.3.0 and Win 98SE

I tried to faithfully follow the instructions for loading Galleon 2.3.0 on my WIN 98SE PC found on the Galleon site (...content/view/65/47/) but when I double click the run.bat file I just get a string of Bad Command responses in the DOS window.

My DOS skills have evaporated so I'm hoping to gain some insight from someone who has been able to get Galleon working on on WIN 98SE.

Did your rename the run.cmd file as run.bat because I don't see a run.bat file in my install.

The run.cmd is an NT command file so won't work on WIN 98.

Yes, I did rename the run.cmd as run.bat and then double clicked the file. The DOS window that opens when I did this produced the errors I described above.
