I've purchased a second Tivo from eBay to learn how to hack it. I don't plan to get a sub for it just yet.
I'm interested in networking it, so pointers to a How to Guide and suggestions as to what hacks to try would be appreciated.
I plan to pull the original 40GB drive out and store it, and do all my experiments on a fresh drive.
