No response from Sonic

I down loaded the TTG recommended Sonic MyDVD software (15 day trial version) so I could burn shows to DVDs directly from my PC. I have the download but still haven't received the serial number. According to the Sonic website "A Serial number required to install the trial will be emailed after you register". How long does that take? Anyone else have experience with Sonic?

Perhaps the email got stuck in your spam folder?

Spend your money on VideoRedo and use some of the free methods to create a DVD (like DVDStyler + ImgBurn). Lots of posts on it.

Checked Spam folder - Nothing there. Thanks for the info.
I've already got DVD Author it doesn't like 544X480 & Nero for some reason takes a long time to transcode the file.

DVDStyler doesn't transcode period. That is what is great about it.

If you don't use VideoRedo, you need to use DirectShow Dump at least to free your .tivo files from the DRM.
