Can I get Caller ID to pop up on tv with HR10-250 & Vonage service? Getting HR10-250 installed today with OTA antenna. I'm 40 miles north of Houston in The Woodlands....will the standard OTA receive a good HD signal that far away? Thanks!

Nope... Unless some has put out a hack for the unit.
I am unaware of a third party device that will take a component or a hdmi signal, and overlay a caller ID (as you can with an composite/S-video) connection

No, standard HR10 sowtware does not have caller id feature. I think there is a hack available, check the TiVo Community Underground forum.
On the OTA, you probably won't get much at that distance without a big outdoor antenna. Try here (http://antennasdirect.com/).

Go to the parent forum, AVS, and look in the Local HDTV section. Find the thread on OTA Houston and you will find what other's in The Woodlands are using. At least it's relatively flat between you and Houston so you shouldn't have any terrain problems. You may run into problems with multi-path due to all of the trees.

For what it is worth, I am in Tomball and get everything but PBS with a cheap indoor antenna up in the attic.

I am using HDMI and the callerID display pops up on my screen whenever I get a call.
So it does work, but you will need to hack your HR10-250 (see Underground forum for hacking information).

But I doubt it would work with Vonage, or would it?

At 40 miles you have a good chance of getting your locals with no problem. Give it a try.

It works perfectly with Vonage.
The only issues with VoIP and a TiVo are when the TiVo tries to make its Daily Call. Of course, if your unit is hacked for Caller ID, you probably aren't making a Daily Call, anyway. :D
A bit OT, but it is Vonage-related. With my new Canon MP830, I had to lower its modem speed to 14.4kbps in order to reliably receive FAXes with my Vonage (I didn't add the dedicated FAX line).

Why wouldn't it? Are you saying that Vonages caller ID is different than the rest of the world? If that were true it wouldn't work on a regular phone..
