Which Acoustic Management Software?

I just purchased a Western Digital WD2500JB 250 Gig Hard drive as an upgrade for a Directivo and wanted to know which Acoustic management software do I need to get to make this drive as quite as possible?

I just got the Feature tool from the Hitachi download (http://www.hitachigst.com/hdd/support/download.htm) page. It's a pretty nifty utility. It has a random seek test, for example, that lets you immediately see the effect of various acoustic managment settings.

Could this link be put in a sticky somewhere?

Thanks that is just what I was looking for now if UPS would just hurry up and deliever the hard drive. :)
